This waterproof rotary clothesline covers fits all folding rotary and traditional Hills Hoist clotheslines that are square and 3.3m - 3.6m in diameter.

How Do I Measure?

Measuring is easy! Only ONE simple measurement is required!

You will need -

  • 1 x measuring tape
  • Someone to hold the other end of the tape for you
  • Pen and paper writing down your measurement.


How to measure a rotary clothesline for a rotary clothesline cover
As shown in the image displayed, just measure your clothesline on the diagonal from the tip of one arm, through the center of the clothesline to the end of the opposite arm. (A - B)

There you have it. This is the only measurement you will need.

Things to note

  • you don't want to go up and over the top of the clothesline. Just measure straight from one corner to the opposite corner in a straight line on the diagonal
  • you need to measure the length of 2 arms
  • you do not need to measure any of the four sides.
  • All rotary clothesline covers are a square. Some rotary clotheslines may need there strings adjusted to place them back into alignment and make them square again.

Clevacover - Great Idea

We love the Clevacover, it changes the look of our yard and makes the clothes hoist become part of the background. I must say though putting the cover together needs 2 people, which should be in the instructions somwhere and using a female in the advertising to imply that it is that easy is not true. One set of rods broke in my first attempt to put the cover together, but with the help of another person, putting it together with a new set of rods was a breeze. When I broke the first set of rods, I rang the customer service line and the person on the line was exceptionally helpful. He straight away organised for a new set of rods to be sent out, no questions asked. It is a fantastic product, looks great and the company is to be congratulated for their prompt assistance and support. If you are thinking of getting a cover for your clothes hoist, I highly recommend giving Clevacover a call.

Multipurpose

The colour of this cover goes so well with our pool area and palm trees. It adds to the Fijian feel by making the clothes line look like a Bure. Oh, it is also awesome for clothes because we don't have to go running to get clothes off the line if it starts raining. It is a permanent part of our back yard décor.

Sadly though, nothing lasts for ever and after over 7 years, it is starting to get some splits. I'm back here to get another one because we love it so much.
